Endpoint's Mr. Titus Rubietta, EIT, has received his SP001 Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) Inspector certification from the Steel Tank Institute (STI). The STI SP001 inspection standard is recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and numerous state and local storage tank programs for the monthly, annual and periodic formal inspection of shop-built ASTs, portable containers and small field-erected ASTs. Mr. Rubietta joins Endpoint's group of SP001 Inspectors and Professional Engineers that specialize in the inspection, design and permitting of storage tanks systems for flammable, combustible and hazardous materials.
