Endpoint Announces ESOP Implementation

Endpoint Solutions Corp. is pleased to announce it is now 100% employee-owned through the sale of the founder’s shares to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). While the founders of Endpoint will maintain control of the direction of Endpoint for the foreseeable future, the implementation of an ESOP allows opportunities for our employees to begin to take on larger roles in the company while allowing the founders to slowly transition to the next stages of their careers on an individual basis. Based on the success Endpoint has had in creating a relaxed, common-sense approach to environmental consulting and engineering, the founders felt it was important to find a way to maintain the unique culture at Endpoint while creating opportunities for our valued employees to carry the company to its next successes while reaping the rewards of the successes they create. The founders welcome all of our new co-owners (present and future) and look forward to all the great things we can do together.
